St. Anne’s  Church  interiors are simply stunning …

It is and academic church of the Jagiellonian University constructed  according to a design by a Dutch architect Tilman of Gameren.

He designed the church in such a way that the entire facade can be viewed from a narrow  Anne’s street. The Interiors are unforgettable .. stucco decoration by the Italian Baltazar Fontana are breathtaking .

The church hosts official masses which inaugurate each academic year.

I love going there on Saturday’s when the church is empty, silent and nobody is surprised by me sitting  stiff with my head uplifted.
