VIEW OF THE MAIN MARKET SQUARE

One of my favourite places…

The Main  Market Square is surrounded by historic townhouses  and churches. The center of the square is dominated by the Cloth Hall, in the Renaissance style, topped by a beautiful attic with numerous embellishments.

Not always bathed in sunlight, sometimes hidden in a fog or behind a rain curtain but still magnetizing, mysterious and monumental.  Sitting in a garden cafes with a book and a cup of coffee  makes me feel like the time stops …
