ST. ADALBERT CHURCH
Tiny church in the middle of a city centre…
It is the oldest church in Kraków and one of my favorite, located at the southeast corner of the main market square .
The earliest parts of the building date to the 11th century and what’s interesting its floor sits about two meters below the surface of the main square;) awesome!
It is an absolute mixture of architecture details from pre-Roman, Roman, Gothic, Renaissance to Baroque…wow ..simply breath taking..
I really recommend to visit the interiors while concerts by the Royal Chamber Orchestra, it is magical !
I can go with you if you’d like to:)
